If one of your goals this season is better health and the other is a more beautiful home, read on!
According to the ‘Worlds Healthiest Foods’ website, eating apricots not only helps to protect your health. But you might also consider adding this colorful beta carotene fruit to feel better on the inside as well. But it’s great for other things as well, like your home.
I remember getting my haircut at a salon that had a apricot color on the walls. The glow of the walls actually made me look so much better – it was the color for sure. When I returned home that glow I had at the salon was gone. It must have been that apricot hue!
In the meantime, you might want to add a touch of apricot to your decorating scheme with an ‘apricot’ color paint. According to This Old House, Benjamin Moore’s color, August Morning, can add a “balancing and empowering” effect that “flatters almost every skin tone and lifts the mood.”
If your preference is more toward this shade below consider using Glidden’s Ripe Apricot paint color.

As This Old House says – “What more could you want?”.
